Day 1: Welcome to Nepal!

Greetings from Nepal! So, a representative from the Himalayan Connection will meet you at the airport and transport you to the hotel. You will meet your trek leader/guide at the team meet-up and pre-trip discussion after taking a short break. The Manaslu Circuit Trek will then begin. Himalayan Connection will provide a welcome meal with delectable Nepali cuisine and cultural performance in the evening.

Day 2: Sightseeing and Trek Preparation:

Meals: Breakfast

Elevation: 1400m

On the 2nd day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary: Have breakfast and get prepared for your cultural trip; you'll spend the entire day exploring the Kathmandu Valley's cultural attractions. Discover the Shiva-dedicated Pashupatinath Temple, which is renowned for its breathtaking pagoda construction. When you visit Boudhanath stupa, pigeons will coo and grunt as they welcome you with a wonderful incense scent.

The divine aura will proclaim world peace once it has reached the Boudhanath stupa. While savoring delicious meals and aromatic coffee, you can also take in the top view of the entire establishment. Kopan Monastery, another significant Buddhist pilgrimage, is a short distance from Boudhanath Stupa. This serene setting is ideal for revitalizing activities like meditation.

Visit the Swayambhunath stupa, a historic Buddhist complex also known as the Monkey Temple. These three well-known Buddhist places are of utmost significance to Buddhism. After finishing your sightseeing, you will finally be driven back to your accommodation. You can go shopping if you need to, in addition to sightseeing.

Day 3: Drive to Maccha Khola

On the 3rd day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary: Following breakfast, drive west along the Kathmandu-Arughat route towards the community of Machha Khola before turning off in the direction of the hilltop community of Dhading. The route travels through rural areas, little towns, verdant hillsides, and green terraces. You'll start to glimpse vistas of the southern slopes of Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, and Langtang Himal as the road ultimately turns into a rutted dirt trail. In order to begin the Manaslu Circuit Trek, go to Machha Khola. The journey to the trekking area lasts the entire day. Day 4: Trek to Jagat:

Day 5: Trek to Deng:

Elevation: 1800m

On the 5th day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary: Following morning tea and breakfast in the village of Jagat, you'll travel to your destination across a variety of landscapes, including deep subtropical woods, little rivers, and quaint villages. After starting the hike by ascending a rough slope to Salleri, descend to Sirdibas. As the trail proceeds to a Ghatta Khola river, the valley slightly widens.

You'll keep moving upstream until you reach Philim, a sizable Gurung village, with a lengthy suspension bridge. The trail continues on a rather level path as it traverses millet fields to reach Ekle Bhatti from here, turning north immediately before the lowest dwelling in the settlement.

The path now descends into an uninhabited, steep gorge where you will cross the Budhi Gandaki River before descending to the grassy hills. You will pass through bamboo trees on your way to the Deng Khola River as the trail widens along the valley. You'll arrive at the tiny hamlet of Deng after crossing.

Day 6: Trek to Namrung:

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Elevation: 2660m

On the 6th day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary: from Deng, travel past numerous Tibetan mani walls, which are artistically hand-carved stone walls covered with Buddhist literature. A vibrant forest of firs, oaks, and rhododendrons awaits you before you reach Namrung, where you can spend the night.

The route then ascends the river through a thick forest and arrives at a small gorge. Continue until you see a change in how dense the forest is. This enjoyable section of the trek is a wonderful way to discover the Manaslu Conservation Area. One final hard ascent will eventually get you to Namrung village.

Day 7: Trek to Samagaon:

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Elevation: 3530m

On the 7th day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary: You will see a magnificent vista of Mt. Manaslu (8163 m), Manaslu North (7157 m), and Naike Peak today as you make the walk to Samagaon (6211 m) Yaks, the Chhorten Samagaon Valley, the Ribung Gompa, and more.

As the walk continues from Namrung, it gradually ascends into the alpine region, giving you your first breathtaking view of Manaslu North and Manaslu. From this time forward, many villagers don chubas or traditional Tibetan clothes. The villages of Shyo, Lho, and Shyala are still the route to take to reach Sama Gaun. It will take 7-8 hours to walk today. In the morning in Sama Gaun.

Day 8: Acclimatization Day at Samagaon:

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Elevation: 3530m

On the 8th day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary: You will wander around Samagaon today and discover the heavenly beauty of this village. days of rest to adjust physically. We finally leave this area and ascend beyond the tree line, passing through a region of yaks, numerous marmots, and meadows. We arrive at the picturesque village of Samdo—a place famous for its yak herding—after a pleasant stroll. Samdo is also close to Tibet and sits at the meeting point of three valleys. It's very possible that you may observe traders leaving the valley carrying products from China and Tibet. Spend the night at Samdo.

Day 10: Trek to Dharamshala:

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Elevation: 4470m

On the 10th day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary: From Samdo, proceed along a broad, open trail that crosses the Budi Gandaki River and travels alongside a mani wall. As you continue to go over the Larkya Glacier, you will reach a crest that provides breathtaking views of a vast gorge. Before leaving on the high Larkya La the next morning, we will spend the night here. Spend the night at Dharamshala.

Day 11:  Trek to Bimthang via Larke La Pass:

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Elevation: 5106m

On the 11th day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary: Today, the trek over the Larkya La, which rises to a majestic 5106 meters, is a strenuous one but not technically challenging. As you travel to the pass from Larkya Phedi, you will cross the glacial moraine and pass by four frozen lakes. The journey gets here in around five hours.

Incredible views of Himlung Himal (7,126m), Cheo Himal (6,820m), Gyaji Kung (7,030m), Kang Guru (6,981m), and Annapurna II can be seen from this location (7937). Start descending the trail along a rocky gully. The route eventually runs out and disappears into a flatter section of the grassy moraine. As you continue to descend to Bimthang, where you will spend the night, the valley widens.

Day 12: Trek to Dharapani:

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Elevation: 1860m

On the 12th day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary: We journey down to Dharapani today as the trek is about to begin, passing through deep, narrow valleys, tiny hamlets, the stunning Marsyangdi River, and more. From Bimthang, it will take about 7-8 hours to go to Dharapani. Stay the night in Dharapani.

Day 13: Drive to Kathmandu:

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

On the 13th day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary: You'll travel back to Kathmandu today. The drive from Dharapani to Kathmandu provides a chance to take in both hill and mountain views, with the banks of the Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers frequently coming into direct view. Along the way, you'll pass numerous picturesque communities that have farming terraces on both sides of the road. Driving time from Dharapani to Kathmandu is approximately 8 to 9 hours.
